We’re so thankful for all your well wishes, prayers and messages. We’re pleased to say that everyone is either fully recovered or getting stronger and well on the way to returning to work after their self isolating period.

We’re delighted to re-open from Tuesday 26th January with an emphasis on supporting people sleeping rough or in urgent need of accommodation at our Support Centre.

This is our 30th year of supporting people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in our City so having to close our Support Centre for a short period of time has been especially upsetting for our dedicated support team. However during our closure we have been offering remote crisis support work ensuring that rough sleepers in accommodation are encouraged to stay in and be safe.

We also offered phone support to those in our resettlement tenancy scheme and our volunteers continue to help out at the early morning collaborative breakfast project for people sleeping rough. We’re also proud to work collaboratively with other charities and agencies to refer people sleeping rough into accommodation.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any second hand donations at this time, please only arrange for new items to be delivered to us and long life food items. We can take deliveries at our office from next week and we will be open to accept these Tuesday – Thursday between 10am – 3pm, Barnabus, 61 Bloom St, M1 3LY

The full list of what we need can be seen on our website.

We also have an Amazon Wishlist with much needed items here.
