We passionately believe in breaking the cycle of homelessness but we need your help!

Winter can be a particularly life threatening and depressing time of year for anyone who has to sleep rough on the Streets. It’s also sadly, our busiest time. Our first priority on a daily basis is keeping people fed, warm and as dry and safe as possible. Only then can we look at other ways to improve their circumstances.

During these challenging and busy winter months we see more people come in to our  drop-in for warm food, showers, dry clothes, access to healthcare and help finding them accommodation.

Please consider giving a gift towards the increased cost of our life-changing support work during this challenging time of year

Give Hope to people sleeping rough in our city – tell them about Barnabus

Barnabus support some of the most hard to reach people in our city and the harsh winter months are particularly life threatening for anyone on the streets.

If you see someone sleeping rough spending a moment with them to show you care can mean so much. You could offer to buy them a hot drink or something to eat but much more than this we hope you will encourage them to come in and see us only then can we begin to improve their circumstances and give them hope for the future.

Our drop-in offers; showers, food, clothing, healthcare and activities. Our support team help with emergency accommodation, supported accommodation and we even have a resettlement worker to help people back into their own tenancies. We can provide; a care of address, apply for new ID, help set up a bank account and connect our friends experiencing homelessness to a doctor.
