How You Can Help

Volunteer With Us

We're blessed with a team of 70 volunteers. We all have different skills and as long as you're like-minded, can encourage and want to help, we would love to hear from you.

We have many different sessions at our Centre such as breakfast drop-ins, Arts and Crafts and Maths & English but are always on the lookout to offer more. Perhaps you have other skills and would like to lead a session: e.g. in drama, music, sketching, painting, teaching or perhaps photography. We also have a collaborative Allotment and Street Soccer project. Perhaps you'd like to join in at these or help out at our Charity Shop in Withington.

Due to the nature of the work undertaken by Barnabus with Vulnerable Adults we require all successful applicants to be put forward for a Criminal Records Disclosure (this however does not apply if you would like to volunteer in our Charity Shop).
