Peter Green Project Director, and Founder of Barnabus

Peter is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day running of the charity. Peter's enthusiasm and compassion for the homeless has only increased from those very first days nearly 20 years ago.

Beryl Green Project Director and joint Founder of Barnabus

Beryl's energy and passion for Barnabus drives everything she does. She has been involved in every part of the charities work and is currently helping our manager at our busy Charity Shop and Cafe Bar in Withington

Carol Price Development Manager

Carol's role is to develop Barnabus, raising awareness whilst communicating our social message. Carol is your contact for Corporate or Education partnerships, Fundraising, Events and Promotions.

Annette Hewitson General Manager

Annette supports the whole team. She also helps out at the Beacon sessions when needed and assists in the management and smooth running of our centre. She is your point of contact if you would like to arrange a visit or talk about donations, volunteering or workshops.

Graham Ridge Male Outreach and Prison Worker

Graham offers one to one support for men coming into The Beacon and to those that he's met at HMP Buckley where he's involved in pastoral work .

Lillian Ridge Beacon Centre Catering Manager

Lilly's cooked breakfasts are legendary. If she isn't cooking, she's mopping, cleaning, tidying and always smiling.

Vinni Virgo-Brown Beacon Centre Security and Maintenance

No one messes with Vinni, but he's a man with a heart as strong as his resolve. If he's not on the door he's fixing something.

Simon Kennerley Barnabus Charity Shop Manager

Simon runs our shop and a coffee bar. Make his day, pop in, say hello and erm... buy something!
